The debut, self-titled album by Wovenwar will be available next Tuesday, August 5, via Metal Blade Records. The band has released two songs so far, “All Rise” and “The Mason, which are pretty solid tracks. Now, thanks to the good people at Revolver you can hear another new song by the band here! I would’ve embedded the track myself but for whatever reason the code is not available anymore. That or I’m not cool enough to get permission to post the track myself.

Much like the other tracks, this song is very hooky, something I attribute to vocalist Shane Blay’s strictly clean singing. The music is good and has its own hooks as is but, Blay’s voice gives the music an accessibility that the group didn’t have in their previous incarnation.

I’m looking forward to the full album stream when it becomes available because I’m curious to see what else this band has up their sleeves. The album can be ordered here.

If you haven’t heard the other songs the band has currently made available you can check out “All Rise” and “The Mason” by clicking on the title.
