Hardcore outfit Shadow Of Doubt have unleashed a new song titled “Fade”. Head over to No Echo for the exclusive audio stream. Guitarist Patrick Flanigan said of the track:
“‘Fade’ is about my relationship, or lack there of with my drug addict father. Sometimes you learn through life that even blood ties can be broken if the relationship is toxic. The main riff was inspired by a Leeway song. I loved how they were always heavy and melodic at the same time and I wanted to write something in that vein.”
The group’s new EP No Mercy – from which the song is taken – will be available this Friday via WAR Records. Pre-orders are available from the label’s webstore, iTunes, and Bandcamp.
