Shavo Odadjian (System of a Down) launching radio show and jewelry line

I’ve been wondering what System of a Down’s Shavo Odadjian has been up to since the band have gone on hiatus. The bassist and drummer John Dolmayan have always come off to me as the quieter members and given that I can’t recall many headlines featuring them it seems to be true. Well, Mr. Odadjian is back in action with a new line of jewelry and a radio show, both of which premiere on September 27th. His jewelry line is called Sinister Soul and will be available at sinistersoul.com.

He previewed some of the pieces that will be available with a picture on his Instagram which you can check out below.

As for his radio show it will be called iHeartsHaVo and here’s what he had to say about it:

“Just got my own talk/music radio show where I play my favorite bands and talk about all sorts of topics. It’s called iHeartsHaVo. On #IHeartradio!! Pretty cool !!! Rude in Saturday nights. It’s gonna be very cool. My first guest is the one and only George Clinton from Pfunk!!”

Good for him man, definitely wishing him the best with these endeavors. As much as I’d love for System of a Down to be back it’s just not the time yet, even though it has been nearly TEN YEARS since the band put out the double album Mezmerize/Hypnotize.
