“This song is a spin off from our concept album The Covenant, we had a hard time in September 2017 and our band was on the edge of quitting. ‘This Is Gonna Hurt’ talks about self destruction and depression but also about revenge and strength, it depends by the listener interpretation. We just wanted to make clear that our band is here to stay. We wrote this track with heavy hearts and having fun as best friends. We think this is one of the best products we have ever made but the listener will be the judge. Hope you guys enjoy!”
