Metallica announce North American leg of WorldWired Tour with Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat

Metallica have officially announced the North American leg of their WorldWired Tour in support of last year’s Hardwired…To Self-Destruct (Blackened Recordings). Supporting them for most of the run will be Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat. Select dates will feature Gojira in the opening slot. A statement regarding ticket pre-sales and additional information of the tour was released and can be found below along with the tour dates for the run:

“Presale tickets will be available to Legacy Fan Club members beginning on Tuesday, February 14 at 9:00 AM local time, with presale tickets available to all Met Club members beginning on Tuesday, February 14 at 11:00 AM local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning this Friday, February 17th at 10:00 AM local time.
