North Carolina’s BIG Something have premiered a new song titled “Song For Us”, listen below courtesy of JamBase. Singer/guitarist Nick MacDaniels says:
“Even though we’re more of a rock band at our core, we also love to dabble in reggae from time to time and this song in particular has got a lot of positive energy that comes from that island vibe and the message in the lyrics. We like to write songs where you can find your own meaning behind the words. For me personally this song is kind of a dedication to all the amazing people we share our journey with. It also serves as a reminder that our time together is a gift and that it’s important to stay positive no matter how difficult and crazy life can get; that there’s still a long way to go and that you can always get back on the right track no matter how many wrong turns you take.”
The group’s new album Tumbleweed is set to drop on February 24th through Middle Of Nowhere Music. Pre-orders are available on iTunes and Bandcamp.
